(Freelance) Contributing Writer
DESCRIPTION: Girl Gang Music is looking for a few freelance contributing writers to join our team. You must be 18+ years of age and there is no compensation for this role at this time.
DUTIES:
- Conducting interview Q&As with female/nonbinary/LGBTQIA+ artists (Note: We accept submissions via Submithub, but for this role, we would consider someone who wants to curate or find their own artists to promote as well.)
- Drafting articles, sending to editor ahead of deadlines (if interviews are tied to song release dates)
- Using own social media handles to help promote article

Social Media Intern/Manager
DESCRIPTION: Girl Gang Music is looking for a few freelance contributing writers to join our team. You must be 18+ years of age and there is no compensation for this role at this time.
DUTIES:
- Manage social media editorial calendar
- Drafting social media content and using timely hooks to grow following (*Knowledge of tracking hashtags and engagement are preferred)
- Expand following by following/finding new contacts on various social media platforms
- Post social media content on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn around all Girl Gang Music content (including blog posts/Q&As/podcast episodes)
- Desire to use your own social media presence and grow as a leader/curator in the music industry

Soundcloud Playlist Curator
DESCRIPTION: Girl Gang Music is looking for ONE freelance soundcloud playlist contributor to join our team. You must be 18+ years of age and there is no compensation for this role at this time.
DUTIES:
- Establish a presence for Girl Gang Music on Soundcloud
- Curate playlists for Girl Gang Music Soundcloud (every 1st of the month) by surfacing your own tastemaker artists as wella s including Girl Gang friendlies on playlists
- Grow following on Soundcloud
- Develop social media content for our social media manager to post on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn around all Girl Gang Music content (including blog posts/Q&As/podcast episodes)
- Desire to use your own social media presence and grow as a leader/curator in the music industry
